Ordering

Online Orders
In order to place your first order online, simply add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart. When you are finished, click the checkout button and proceed to complete the order. We highly recommend registering before you begin shopping- this way you can see both the front and back cover images for each product you're interested in purchasing.

Phone Orders
You may place an order over the phone from 6 am - 8 pm Pacific time Monday through Friday, and from 9 am - 5 pm Saturdays and Sundays. A customer service representative will assist you in placing your order.

Mail or Fax Your Order
We want you to get your order as quickly as possible, and therefore we strongly encourage all of our customers to place orders online or via telephone.

If you have a circumstance that prevents you from doing this, and you need to mail or fax your order, please follow the instructions below.

Include with your order the following information:
  • The exact name of the products or titles you wish to purchase. Remember that different studios often release movies with identical titles, so it is useful to include the studio's name or names of stars in the movie.
  • The type of each product you are purchasing (e.g. DVD, toy)
  • The price of each product
  • (Note: you will be charged the price as of the time the order is placed)
  • Shipping and handling charges
  • Your name and shipping address
  • Payment

Payment may be made by check (may take up to 3 weeks to clear before shipment), by money order, or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or JCB.)

If you have video on demand items in your shopping cart, you will not be able to use American Express to make your purchase. American Express can only be used for tangible items like DVDs and adult novelties.

Your credit card information is 100% secure. All information included with your order is encrypted for privacy while in transit. Credit card charges will show up on your statement as "Game Link LLC."

Currencies Accepted

We accept credit card payment in US Dollars via credit card.

Once you have completing adding items into your shopping cart, you will be prompted to chose your preferred payment type.

Check or Money Order

We also accept personal checks and money orders. If you choose to pay by personal check, please be aware that we wait three weeks before we ship your order to ensure that your check clears.

Shipping

Discreet Shipping
All of our packages are shipped discreetly, in a plain box or envelope, displaying the sender's name as GameLink.

Worldwide Shipping
GameLink ships products to over 250 countries worldwide. Due to international regulations, we are only able to provide streaming, downloadable and DVD products to some countries. Packages shipped to some countries may have excess product packaging or DVD covers which display adult images removed. Toys and intimate apparel may also be removed from their packaging. International Customs and Shipping Choices
Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. GameLink is not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs.

We offer Global Air Mail shipping, and International FedEx. Prices may vary depending on weight and size of the order.

We recommend the International FedEx option, available for these countries, as these packages are insured and traceable door-to-door. If your parcel is shipped by an insured or traceable method, we will replace or refund any shipments that are lost in shipment (not held in Customs.) GameLink is not liable for lost or damaged packages shipped using an uninsured shipping method (Global Air Mail.)

Shipping Methods within the USA
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and Federal Express to ship our orders. For full information on our shipping methods within the USA, click here.

Packages shipped using UPS and Federal Express are trackable and insured. If your parcel is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund for you.

Unfortunately, we are not able to insure packages shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), and we will not be liable for loss or damage of orders shipped via USPS (including all orders shipped to APO, FPO & PO Box addresses).

Shipping Costs
The charge for shipping your order is determined by the weight of the products ordered and the shipping method you choose. Our automated system calculates your shipping charge and displays it for you at the time you choose your shipping method.

Shipping Options
When you place your order you will be given two choices for shipping:
  1. Ship all items in as few shipments as possible (lowest shipping charges):
    If all items are in stock, they'll all be shipped at once, and you'll pay a single shipping charge.

    If some items are in stock and some are backordered, shipment of the in-stock items may be delayed in order to ship with the backordered items. At our discretion, we may send the order in multiple shipments, but in either case, you only pay a single shipping charge however the items are actually sent to you.

  2. Ship items as they become available (fastest delivery):
    If all items are in stock, they'll all be shipped at once, and you'll pay a single shipping charge.

    If some items are in stock and some are backordered, the in-stock items will be sent immediately. As the backordered items arrive, they will also be sent immediately. Each shipment will incur shipping charges.
Order Fulfillment Time
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 4-10 business days from the day the order was completed. International orders generally take 2-4 weeks for delivery. Delivery time may differ based on variables such as the delivery method chosen, your location, delays in Customs, etc.

Overnight and Second-Day Shipping
When calculating timeframes for overnight or second-day delivery, be aware that our shipping warehouse is open Monday through Friday and is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Overnight and Second-Day Shipping orders placed before noon Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will ship that same day. Orders placed after noon will ship the next business day. Overnight and Second-Day Shipping orders placed after noon on Friday will ship on Monday (the next business day). Examples:
  • Overnight: If your order is placed at 2 pm PT on Friday with overnight shipping, it will be shipped Monday, and will arrive on Tuesday.
  • Second-Day: If your order is placed at 2 pm PT on Friday with second-day shipping, it will be shipped Monday, and will arrive on Wednesday.
Backordered Items
We stock a large inventory of product to ensure prompt delivery of orders. In addition to regularly stocked items, our warehouse receives several deliveries a day. Unfortunately, there are cases in which items need to be ordered from the studio or manufacturer, resulting in a backorder situation. Backordered items usually take 3-10 business days to arrive in our warehouse. Product availability is displayed on the product description page on the website. For example, an item that is in stock will show the following availability message on the product description web page:
    Availability: Usually ships same day (orders placed before noon, Pacific Time)

Shipping Address
In order to avoid shipping adult materials to minors or third parties, the shipping address must be the address of the person placing the order.

Shipping To Prisons
We do not ship to prisons.

Undeliverable Packages
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, nobody available to receive a parcel, etc.) we will notify you by email.


If the delivery problem is determined to be due to an error on the part of GameLink or of the delivery service, then GameLink will either replace the order for you or refund all charges, at your choice.

Returns

Defective Products
Any defective item will be replaced with an identical working item, or can be exchanged for store credit to select an alternate item if we do not have a working replacement item in stock. Shipping charges are waived on any replacement items.

Before sending any item back to GameLink, please contact Customer Service within 60 days of purchase to start the exchange process and obtain a return authorization number (RA#).

Defective toys and intimate apparel
Defective toys and intimate apparel will be replaced with identical working items, or can be exchanged for store credit if we do not have a replacement in stock. To protect the health of our employees and our customers, we do not accept returns of any toys or intimate apparel. Please contact customer service within 60 days of purchase to start the replacement process.

Defective DVDs
Many DVDs can be played on a computer, or in a DVD-R drive, but play of the movie is not generally guaranteed by the manufacturer, unless specifically noted on the product page at www.gamelink.com. To determine if a DVD is defective, we request you try to view the movie on a standard DVD player. Because of the rapidly changing technology in DVD production, recent-model DVD players (less than two years old) are most likely to successfully play the movie for you.

It is our experience that at times DVDs reported as defective are actually simply incompatible with the viewer's DVD player. However, we will happily honor the defective product policy and exchange the DVD with a replacement. Before sending the replacement DVD, we will open and test the title for you, to ensure that it plays on a standard DVD player.

Incorrect Item Shipped
Our shipping department does an excellent job shipping the correct items to our customers, but with over 80,000 products and many studios releasing movies with similar titles, some mistakes can occur!

If there is a mistake in the item shipped to you, please let us know so we can replace it for you. Before sending any item back to GameLink within 60 days of purchase to start the exchange process, please obtain a return authorization number (RA#).

Incorrect Format Ordered
We offer titles in various formats including Windows Media Player Streaming, Windows Media Player Download, DivX Download, and DVD.

Unless the product description states otherwise, DVDs have no regional coding and can be viewed anywhere in the world.

If you have mistakenly ordered a title in the incorrect format, we will exchange the unopened title for the correct format, where available, or offer a store credit to allow you to choose an alternate title.

Before sending any item back to GameLink, please contact Customer Service within 60 days of purchase to start the exchange process and obtain a return authorization number (RA#).

Incorrect Size Ordered
We will replace apparel with an alternate size if the apparel has not been worn, and is still in a sellable state. To protect the health of our employees and customers, we cannot exchange toys or intimate apparel (such as lingerie, thongs, massagers, etc.)

Content Dissatisfaction
Individual tastes and interests vary, which makes it difficult for GameLink to ensure your personal satisfaction with the content of the titles you select. We endeavor to provide complete and accurate information on the website about each title we carry, including the cover and back images, and information from the studio.

If you believe that the information on the website misrepresents the title you purchased, we would like to know about it. We will happily update the information on our website and provide an exchange for an alternate title.

Before sending any item back to GameLink, please contact Customer Service within 60 days of purchase to report the issue, start the exchange process and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). The return process should be started within 60 days of the original purchase.

Change of Mind
GameLink's sales are final. Items purchased, once opened, may not be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective.

Before sending any defective item back to GameLink, please contact Customer Service within 60 days of purchase to start the exchange process and obtain a return authorization number (RA#.) The exchange process must be started within 60 days of the original purchase.

Store Credit
All store credit expires after 1 year of no purchase activity.

Formats
We sell movies in the following formats: DVD, Windows Media Player Stream, Windows Media Player Download and DivX Download. If the product description does not indicate otherwise, DVDs have no regional coding.


Format Requirements
Windows Media Player Stream movies require a high speed Internet connection (cable, DSL, T1, satellite, etc.) and Windows Media Player 9 or later.

DivX Download movies require a high speed Internet connection (cable, DSL, T1, satellite, etc.) and a DivX player. Allow approximately one hour for the movie to fully download.

How Do We Ensure Your Selections?
For your own protection we will send you an email to confirm that you wish to subscribe to the selected mailing list. You will then need to confirm your choice. We require this "double opt-in" to ensure that you are getting the email that you want to the correct email address.

Unsubscribing from Email Lists
Click here to unsubscribe from XXX Bondage Shop promotional email lists. You can also unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link located at the top and bottom of each promotional email.

You will receive a final email confirming that your address has been removed from our lists. Please allow up to 48 hours for this to take effect. You may receive one or two promotional emails between the time you request to be removed from a list and the time that we are able to physically remove you from our database. Coupons

How to Redeem Coupons
Unless otherwise specified, email coupons are automatically applied to your order when you click through on the email and shop. You must meet the criteria outlined in the email (i.e. minimum order requirement) or the coupon will not be applied.

Printed coupons have a coupon code associated with them. You may need to enter the code on your order form or mention it when you place an order by phone.

Always read the instructions that accompany your coupon for the most accurate and up-to-date information before redeeming.

Coupon Restrictions
Most coupon offers will have an expiration date, and many may not be combined with other special offers. Some coupons may have criteria associated with the offer, such as a minimum purchase required. How to Change Your Account Information
You can change your account information at any time. Log on with your user name and password and click the My Account link located at the top of every page. Each section displayed on your account page has an edit link that allows you to change the information contained within that section.

Creating an Alias

Why we have aliases
We offer a variety of ways in which you can participate in our online community, such as creating product reviews. For those purposes, we ask you to create an "alias" to appear on the page instead of your username. That way, if we publish your review and display your alias on our site, your privacy is guaranteed.

Setting up an alias
You can create an alias either on your My Account page or from the user review creation page. Your alias cannot exceed 20 characters (total of letters, numbers and spaces). In addition, our editorial staff reserves the right to not publish material associated with an offensive-sounding alias.

Changing your alias
You can change it at any time, either from the review creation page, or from your My Account page. We'll verify that the new alias is not already in use, and "retire" your old alias. Note that any reviews you've written under your old alias will be re-associated with your new alias.

Adding Items to Your Cart
To add an item to your shopping cart, click the Add to Cart link found on each product page.

Adjusting Quantity
To adjust the quantity of any item in your cart, type the number you want to order in the Quantity box, then click the Update button.

Removing Items from Your Cart
To remove an item from your shopping cart, check the Remove box, then click the Update button.

Ratings

You are welcome to rate any item in our store that you feel strongly about, even if it's not an item you purchased from us. Look for the "Rate It" box on the item's product pages, and select one of the following ratings:
  • 1 star: I hate it
  • 2 stars: I don't like it
  • 3 stars: It's OK
  • 4 stars: I like it
  • 5 stars: I love it
Your personal ratings are private. Ratings are aggregated per item and we only display the average customer ratings. You can change your ratings at any time. Ratings for movies are valid for all media types. Our recommendations to you will change when you rate new items. By marking a recommendation as "not interested", we stop recommending the item to you.

Writing Product Reviews

Reviewer guidelines
The most important guideline is: Write about what you liked (or didn't like) and why. Other users care about your opinion. Your review can be up to 1000 words in length. It's best to focus most of your comments on the product you're reviewing, but selectively comparing it to related items is sometimes helpful, too. Finally, even though you're reviewing adult material, try not to use offensive language in your review.

Review posting
All user reviews are evaluated by our editorial staff. We reserve the right to publish submitted reviews in full, in part or not at all. Please allow approximately five business days for approved reviews to be posted on the site.

Once approved, reviews will be displayed on the product description page for the product that you reviewed. Reviews may also be made available to visitors and customers in other forms.

Review usage terms
We reserve the right to edit reviews for appropriateness and accuracy. The posting of reviews on our site is done without any promise of present or future acknowledgement or compensation. All posted reviews become our nonexclusive property, with limited republishing rights retained by the author.
